1. Early bird
Early to sleep and early to rise isn’t a misconcept anymore; if you happen to start your day early, you end up being more energetic. So charge up your batteries and be ready to go
2. Short brakes
Feeling sleepy in between an important meeting?
Don’t be harsh on yourselves. Human body needs it’s rest and that’s totally normal. If possible take short naps of 10-30 minutes. It will help to reboot your system.
If naps are not good option, then go outside, take coffee breaks or listen to your favorite song. Simply do anything that makes you relaxed and you’re ready to go.
3. Juicy breakfast
Skipping breakfast is the worst punishment for your body; so try to make your breakfast as nutritious as possible.
Always include a juice in your breakfast as it hydrate your body and also it will help you from reducing caffein intake.
4. Drink up
Water plays a major role in regulating normal functioning of body.
An average person should drink minimum 3 litres of water a day.
Water regulates body temperature & helps in flushing out toxins from body.
5. Exercise
There’s nothing more healthy than regular workout, be it cardio, weight lifting or pilates you got to work that body. Regular Exercise will boost your immunity and it will also give a positive energy.
6. Morning shower
It’s always best to have your bath early morning. A hot shower before breakfast will help in proper digestion. And it’ll energize your body and mind.
If you prefer to workout early morning, then showering before workout is also considered good, as it can act as a warm up.
You should also take a good shower after working out, as it’ll boost your muscle recovery.
7. Balanced diet
A healthy body needs all the essential nutrients. So how do you eat the right food?
• Probiotics
Probiotics are foods containing live microorganisms. Yogurt, Saurkeraut, pickles,fermented foods are good examples of this. These foods improve gut health
• Leafy vegetables
Leafy vegetables or greens are so healthy that if you include them daily, the changes will be drastic. If you’re trying to loose weight greens are the best option as they’re low in calories and fat and high in protein.
• Small meals
Instead of having three big meals, try to have six smaller meals. This will reduce calorie intake and will keep you energetic
• Avoid junk foods
There’s a misconception that if you’re doing regular exercise, then you can eat whatever you want. It’s so wrong. You have to eat healthy for a strong body, so try to avoid foods having high amount of sugar, fat or oil.
8. Relax
Try to find time for yourself. Even if you’re super busy keep aside atleast half an hour for your mental relaxation. Do whatever that make perspective s you happy, be it reading, writing, painting, dancing, singing or whatever that appeases you
9. Social butterfly
Some people are natural born social animals whereas others prefer their own company. An active social circle can help you change your about life. So try to have a good social circle around you. G
